Gulfsands refuses to make Tunisia payment

Australia's ADX Energy has obtained approval to transfer its interest in the Chorbane permit, in Tunisia, to London-listed Gulfsands Petroleum, however the latter is now refusing to make a previously agreed settlement payment.
