The Harris County Sheriff's Office said in a statement that investigators with the vice unit had arrested 59-year-old Joseph Francis Andolino along with six other men on Thursday in an undercover sting in the northern part of the county.
Joseph F. Andolino is listed on Halliburton's website among the company's top corporate executives with a title of senior vice president of the tax department.
