Max said on Wednesday it had entered into a memorandum of understanding with Halliburton’s Kazakhstan subsidiary for integrated project management services for the drilling and completion of the NUR-1 well.
These services will include managing the sidetrack and drilling operations down to the probe’s estimated 7250-metre target depth, conducting a detailed geomechanical study of the well and preparing an updated drilling programme.
