Oilfield services giant Halliburton is looking to fill more than 200 positions in the Permian basin across all of its product service lines in a further sign activity is starting to pick up in some corners of the oil patch.
Halliburton spokeswoman Emily Mir confirmed the company's hiring plans in an email, saying the positions will be based out of the Texas towns of Odessa and Brownfield, as well as Artesia, New Mexico.
