The Houston-based independent has agreed to a share purchase agreement with CT Energy that will see the latter acquire the 51% that a subsidiary of Harvest owns in Harvest-Vinccler Dutch Holding and which holds all of Harvest's assets in the Opec nation.

CT will pay $80 million in cash as well as a $12 million six-month 11% note, with $30 million of outstanding debt held by CT Energy also quashed.
