Harvest's $275m Venezuela sale collapses

Harvest Natural Resources said its $275 million Venezuelan divestment to Argentina’s Pluspetrol has collapsed after the buyer could not agree to conditions imposed by the Venezuelan government in return for its approval of the deal.
