Hayward has taken over as chairman from Rodney Chase, who has resigned. Murat Ozgul, previously the company’s president for the Kurdistan region of Iraq and Turkey operations, has succeeded Hayward as chief executive.
Former BP chief executive Hayward will still oversee the strategy of the company, with Ozgul focusing on the day-to-day management, including operational performance.
