Retired Colonel Mark Erwin will take on a role as troubleshooter at Heritage after being appointed a non-executive director and given a seat on the company’s corporate social responsibility and anti-bribery & corruption committees.
Erwin, aged 49, appears to have the right track record to aid Heritage’s engagement in potential troublespots such as Libya and Iraqi Kurdistan that have been prone to conflict on both the military and political levels.
