The agreement with Wartsila covers the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning for the regasification, while the agreement with Moss covers engineering.
Hoegh said the agreements included the ordering of critical equipment with long lead time which it said by ordering in advance would reduce the conversion schedule by six months to just 12 months giving a planned delivery date for the FSRU conversion project end 2017.
