London-listed Solo said on Monday that the Horse Hill Development consortium submitted a planning application to Surrey County Council seeking permission to conduct further appraisal testing and drilling at the Horse Hill-1 (HH-1) discovery.
Earlier this year the HH-1 reported total flow rate of 1688 barrels oil per day from two Kimmeridge limestones and the overlying Portland sandstone during a short period of testing earlier this year.
