ICA-Fluor wins Shell oil sands gig

Shell has tapped a joint venture between Fluor of the US and Mexico's Empresas ICA for fabrication and procurement work at the Anglo-Dutch supermajor's Carmon Creek heavy oil project in northern Alberta.
