Imperial restarts Kearl oil sands plant

Imperial Oil has restarted its Kearl oil sands mining operation after stalling production for nearly three weeks while a massive forest fire raged across Northern Alberta, destroying parts of Fort McMurray and threatening to damage major projects across the region.
