In Amenas terrorist Belmokhtar ‘not dead’

Mokhtar Belmokhtar, the terrorist accused of orchestrating the deadly attack on the In Amenas gas plant in Algeria, was not killed by US air strikes in Libya at the weekend, an Islamist group is reported to have claimed.
