The overseas arm of state giant Oil & Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC) and partners Oil India and Indian Oil Corporation submitted the plan for the Farzad B field some time in the past few weeks, Reuters reported, quoting ONGC Videsh managing director Narendra Verma.
