InterOil and Mitsui finalise PNG deal

Papua New Guinea-focused InterOil has finalised the joint venture operating agreement with Japanese player Mitsui for a proposed condensate stripping plant to handle production from InterOil’s Elk and Antelope field site in Gulf Province, Papua New Guinea.
