Ion wins 'lost charges' appeal in lawsuit

Seismic player Ion Geophysical reported a partial win in its patent dispute with Schlumberger unit WesternGeco after a federal US appeals court overturned a ruling that required Ion to pay more than $100 million in lost profits.
