Israel gas ruling 'imminent'

Israel’s Security Cabinet is expected to issue a ruling on Thursday that will allow US-Israeli partners Noble Energy and Delek Group to retain most of their natural gas assets off the country, while putting some up for sale, to resolve a problematic anti-trust issue.
