Block partner Neon Energy told the Australian Stock Exchange on Tuesday that the Ensco 107 was en route to the prospect after being released by the previous operator, Mitra Energy, on Monday.
The Malaysian company had been using the rig to drill a three-well campaign in Block 46/07 offshore Vietnam, where it found success at the 46/07-ND-1X well, hitting more than 40 metres of net oil and gas pay in June.
