Jubilee floater bill 'to escalate'

Tullow Oil is facing heavy financial fallout from a turret failure on its floating production vessel at the Jubilee field off Ghana, with a source estimating the final bill could escalate to as much as $1.5 billion in increased gross operating costs and lost production revenue.
