Kairiki to in new Philippine sale deal

Australian junior Kairiki Energy has cancelled a deal to sell Philippine subsidiary Yilgarn Petroleum Philippines to Focus Oil & Gas, and will instead hand it over to its secured creditor IMC Oil & Gas.
