A court case against Canada-listed Tethys Petroleum for alleged criminal actions involving the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary in Kazakhstan has been dismissed, with seized computers and documents now returned.

Tethys said on Tuesday that the previously announced claims against employees of its subsidiary Tethys Aral Gas (TAG) in Kazakhstan’s Almaty city have been reviewed by the prosecutor, who dismissed the case.

“Computers and documents taken during the investigation have been returned to the company,” Tethys said.
