Keppel has been caught up in bribery allegations concerning the company's former commercial representative in Brazil, Zwi Skornicki.
Allegations have been made that illegal payments were made by Skornicki in connection with contracts entered into between certain Keppel entities with Petrobras and/or Sete Brasil.
Keppel has so far denied any involvement in claims of bribery.
However, following further internal investigations, Keppel said it recognises that certain transactions associated with Skornicki "may be suspicious".
