Keppel Fels wraps work on rigs

Singapore fabricator Keppel Fels said it had finished work on a second jack-up rig for Gulf Drilling International (GDI) a joint venture between Qatar petroleum and Japan Drilling Company, and delivered a second new-build rig to its owner ahead of schedule.
