The Singapore-listed company was once again left denying claims by Zwi Skornicki after its former right-hand man in Brazil gave testimony at a hearing in the South American nation on Thursday.
Skornicki, who made his name as an engineering at embattled Brazilian group Odebrecht, was an employee of Eagle do Brasil and was Keppel Fels’ main agent in Brazil. His status as an agent was suspended last year after links between contracts in which he was allegedly involved in corrupt payments.
