Keppel rolls out Maersk rig

Keppel Offshore & Marine arm Keppel FELS has finished the new DSS 21 proprietary design deep-water rig for Maersk Contractors, which is says is the most advanced deep-water drilling rig to be designed and built in Singapore to date.
