According to Kiliwani North joint venture partner Bounty Oil & Gas, the negotiations are at an “advanced stage” and are expected to be finalised before the end of the year.
As part of the negotiations, TPDC has agreed to construct, at its own cost, the tie-in line from the new gas processing plant currently being built on Songo-Songo Island to the Kiliwani North field, located in the offshore Nyuni Area production sharing licence.
