Kosmos putting Tortue complex on fast track

US independent Kosmos Energy will fast-track appraisal of its Tortue gas complex, which straddles the maritime boundary between Mauritania and Senegal, in an effort to establish reserves of 15 trillion cubic feet to support a liquefied natural gas project.
