Dallas-based independent Kosmos Energy has abandoned a $365 million plan to buy Sabre Oil & Gas’ stake in the Deepwater Tano block offshore Ghana, the company has announced.
Out of here: Kosmos and Sabre have decided not to proceed with the stake offload.
