Kremlin’s Yukos defiance casts shadow over Russia’s reputation

The Russian government has pulled yet another ace from its sleeve as it strives to avoid state assets outside of the country being seized as part of a multi-billion-dollar award in favour of three shareholders in long-defunct Russian oil company Yukos.
