The Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq (KRG) has been ordered to pay a consortium led by United Arab Emirates-based Dana Gas $1.98 billion in outstanding unpaid invoices.
Dana revealed over the weekend the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) had ordered the KRG pay Pearl Petroleum outstanding invoices for produced condensate and liquefied petroleum gas up to 30 June within 28 days.
