Field partner New Zealand Oil & Gas (NZOG) has upgraded the estimated reserves at the field from 5.2 million barrels of oil equivalent to just over 6 million boe following detailed reservoir simulation uncertainty modelling.
“This reserves increase provides additional volume from within the existing development,” NZOG chief executive Andrew Knight said.
“It also provides further security that contracted volumes can be met without needing significant additional capital.”
