Kurdistan digs in heels over exports

Iraqi Kurdistan has defended its oil policy with foreign companies and its crude barter trade with Turkey as constitutional, while also rejecting an initial deal between Baghdad and BP to redevelop the disputed Kirkuk oilfield.
