Kurdistan 'halts Khurmala flows'

Iraq’s semi-autonomous Kurdistan region has reportedly halted output of between 75,000 and 80,000 barrels per day from the Khurmala oilfield as a further showdown looms with the central government in an ongoing payments dispute.
