Kurdistan 'receives Iraqi oil payment'

Iraq's Finance Ministry has begun paying an initial 650 billion dinars ($559 million) to Iraqi Kurdistan for oil companies working in the semi-autonomous region, a senior government official was reported as saying on Tuesday.
