Lamprell said it has reached a settlement with Ensco for all claims related to the late delivery of the rig.
However, the yard has vowed to pursue compensation from equipment maker Cameron, who supplied jacking equipment for the LeTourneau-designed, Super 116E-class rig.
"The late delivery of the Ensco 140 rig was caused by failures in the jacking equipment that Cameron supplied," London-listed Lamprell said in a securities filing.
