Moffat, a long-time McDermott employee before joining Lamprell as chief executive in March 2013, will stick around until 30 June before retiring, and will also remain as an executive director until that date.
Following his departure he will also work on an exclusive basis as a consultant to the shipyard for a period of up to one year.
