Langsa woes cripple Matrix

Australian independent Matrix Oil today publicly confirmed it is having to renegotiate payments with financiers and contractors as production problems plaguing its landmark Langsa oilfield offshore Indonesia have left it so strapped for cash that it is struggling to pay the repair bill.
