Lapacho 'potentially commercial'

President Energy said it now has “enough evidence to view commercialisation potential” at its Lapacho discovery, but saw its stock plunge by 23% after admitting that mechanical failures had hampered some of the flow testing at the play onshore Paraguay’s Pririty basin.
