The acreage includes 53,000 operated acres, 90% of which is held by production, and 19,600 acres of surface ownership and almost 22,000 acres of owned mineral rights.
In addition to the land component, the asset package includes current production of 89 million cubic feet of natural gas per day and proved reserves of 541 billion cubic feet of gas.
After the deal, Laramie will produce about 140 MMcfd from tight sand and shale plays in the Piceance basin.
