Edward Riggs told delegates at the Good Oil conference this month it was hard to believe the scenario which had unfolded in recent years on Curtis Island near Gladstone.
He pointed to three LNG projects being constructed simultaneously with no common infrastructure, costing nearly A$90 billion (US$67.1 billion) and being funded by companies with debt at the top of the market.
