Noble reported on Sunday that Israel's Supreme Court had affirmed the government's contentious Natural Gas Regulatory Framework, "with the exception of the stability provisions".
The provisions would have prevented major regulatory changes for a decade.
However, Noble said, the court concluded that the provisions should be provided through "an alternate legal mechanism".
The Israeli government now has up to one year to find a resolution.
