Libra partners eye FPSO tender

Brazilian oil giant Petrobras is quietly approaching the market and notifying contractors of plans to early next year launch a tender for the charter of a new floating production, storage and offloading vessel to serve as a pilot project for the giant Libra pre-salt area.
