Libya's NOC eyes quick export restart

Libya’s National Oil Company could lift the force majeure on Ras Lanuf and Es Sider as soon as Thursday after a fresh deal with rebels the country’s new interim leader described as the official end to the Libya oil crisis, reports have said.
