Drillsearch revealed on Friday Brad Lingo would leave the company where he had served as managing director and chief executive for the past six years, effective immediatley.
Chief operating office Walter Simpson, who joined Drillsearch from BG Group's Australian subsidiary QGC in March this year, will be appointed as acting chief executive while the company assess potential candidates from Australia and overseas to takeover the role permanently.
