The so-called Active Services division, which generated turnover of Nkr160 million ($19 million) last year and has been the dominant part of Fluid Control’s business, will now be assimilated into Flux, backed by private equity firm HitecVision.
The division, with offices in Bergen and Stavanger, delivers hoses and couplings for fluid transfer, power and control solutions for the oil and gas industry.
