Logos is using the cash to add to its position in the emerging Gallup/Mancos tight oil play in the San Juan basin in New Mexico, where it joins fellow independents such as WPX Energy.
Most recently, Logos added 129,000 net acres in the basin, including current production of 46 million cubic feet per day of natural gas equivalent with the cash.
