The company generated just under US$4.5 billion last year, sliding from the nearly US$7.1 billion in revenue booked during 2014.
Adding to the pressure of low oil prices was a slight drop in production from 2014's record high 95.1 million barrels of oil equivalent to 92.2 million boe last year.
Production dropped at the company's North West Shelf assets, its Pluto liquefied natural gas project, as well as the Laminaria-Corallina, Enfield and Stybarrow fields.
