The Moscow-headquartered producer netted $4.74 billion in 2014, down from $7.62 billion in 2013 and $10.92 billion in 2012.

Revenues inched up by 1.9% to $144.16 billion with ebitda of $15.98 billion.

Lukoil said that it wrote $2.34 billion off its books in non-cash asset impairments in Russia, Ukraine, Western Africa and Kazakhstan.
