Lukoil 'seals' West Qurna 2 stake deal

The Baghdad government has reportedly approved the sale by Statoil of its stake in the giant West Qurna 2 oilfield project to Russian operator Lukoil, with the Norwegian player hinting it was not considered sufficiently profitable.
