Under the deals, the Swedish independent will transfer part of its working interests across blocks PM328, SB307/308 and gas holding areas in SB303 in Malaysia’s Sabah region.
Lundin said it will transfer a 20% interest in Block SB307/308 in return for Dyas’ contribution to forward costs in relation to the upcoming exploration campaign on the block.
The privately-owned Dutch player will also receive a 20% interest in the SB303 block and a 15% share in PM328, Lundin said.
